After this dramatic intro, Max Zuchowski, Head of Development at Macrix, took the stage for one final time as Gala host. After three years of memorable moments, he officially passed the microphone to Claudia, who would now co-host the event with Dominika.
To honor Max’s contribution, Patrycja appeared on stage to surprise him with a special award, recognizing his creativity, humor, and commitment to creating a space where Macrix talents could shine.
It was a year marked by real growth – over 70 Macrix’s people took part in technical and soft skills workshops, including sessions on microservice architecture, strategic thinking, sales mindset, and more. The Academy also introduced new domain-focused training in industries like coal, motorsports, and finance.
But learning wasn’t limited to formal sessions. Knowledge-sharing flourished through internal articles, meetups, and webinars. A hackathon challenged teams to tackle real-world automation problems, and the Young Potentials Program led to three new full-time hires.
And in 2025? Even more awaits: a fresh edition of the YPP, a soft skills podcast, expert-led webinars, internal meetups, and new hands-on trainings tailored to both tech and industry-specific challenges.
CEO Marek Żuchowski took the stage to reflect on the meaning of appreciation. He reminded us that while the MVP Gala honors individuals, Macrix’s true strength lies in the everyday contributions of people who may not always stand in the spotlight but who make a real difference through collaboration, care, and consistency.
Between the award categories, we were treated to something truly special – the MaQuiz, a hilarious and highly interactive quiz hosted by the one and only Mateusz Michno.
From company trivia and historical twists to inside jokes and team battles, MaQuiz brought the house down in every round. It turned out to be a brilliant way to test our knowledge and keep the energy high.
Once recharged, it was time to celebrate teamwork and knowledge-sharing in one of the most exciting parts of the evening – the Best Team Meetup presentations and live vote. Each of the three finalist teams had the chance to creatively present their meetups and they did not disappoint. After three creative presentations and real-time voting, the results were:

After the final votes were cast and the last MaQuiz question answered, it was time for the grand finale: to choose the best of the best among the winners of each category. Drumroll, please… The Macrix MVP 2024 title went to Olga Piątek! A truly moving moment, shared with applause, hugs, and even a few happy tears.
This Gala was never just about awards. It was about pausing – just for one evening – to appreciate the people who give their all every day. Those who bring energy, empathy, solutions, and smiles to our projects and meetings. Those who step in, lift others up , and make Macrix feel like more than just a workplace. Here’s to those who build, support, and care. Let’s grow together, challenge ourselves – and keep showing up for each other.
